Incredibly beautiful and fantastic hotel in the classic style. Reasonably priced food options. Updated room, functional with great views of downtown indianapolis. Great location true in most downtown locations and easy access to shopping malls and convenience stores. Also, easy to get to a war memorial.

Really enjoyed the location, it was incredible and excellent near the center, tourist attractions and many bars and restaurants. Everything was fantastic, but a few employees were normal. King room in about the same condition as the hallway, had essentials required.

The location was stunning, close to Hilbert Circle Theatre. The airport was 22 minutes' drive away. The room was large, with smoke detectors and amazing views of downtown.

The fantastic location was a couple of blocks away from Christ Church Cathedral. The food at the bar was outstanding. All of the staff were knowledgeable, amiable. Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Indianapolis.

The hotel is beautifully maintained with a charming old-world atmosphere, giving it a unique and memorable character. The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service, making it a great dining experience for both small and large groups of guests. The central location of the hotel allows easy access to many nearby attractions, allowing guests to explore the city on foot.
Some guests have reported issues with the valet service, including delays and damage to their vehicles. There were instances where guests experienced problems with hot water in their rooms, which can be inconvenient and disappointing for a hotel at this price point.

The room was elegant, good-sized with down pillows and luxury linens. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was close enough to the nearest convenience store as well as Indianapolis downtown.
